Owner chef Go Muroi
Born in Tokyo, 1987.
Raised by a chef father,
he naturally pursued the culinary path.
After training at the family’s "Kappou Muroi" in Ginza
and renowned restaurants in Kyoto,
he inherited the family name
to open in Nishiazabu in 2023.
Honoring tradition,
he continually pursues his own innovative Japanese cuisine.
